Everything you need to know about the GigGag platform.

To create a GigGag account simply download the app and tap the register button or head over to GigGagComedy.com/register
If you have forgotten your password don't panic. You can go to Reset Password.

Enter the email address you used to create your account and then hit the Send button. You will be emailed a link which when clicked will bring you back to GigGag and allow you to create a new password.
GigGag is available on iOS, Android and the Web.

Login to your account.

Web: Go to your Profile Settings and click the circle at the top of the page under the Profile Picture title. Choose a picture from your computer and click Submit.

App: Tap the Me tab at the bottom right. Tap the grey circle by your name and select a photo from your library or take a new one. It will upload automatically.

If your profile picture won't upload it maybe due to the file size being to large. First try trying a smaller file. If this fails, send your profile picture to [email protected] and a member of our team will add it to your account.
The simple answer is no. GigGag does not host the gigs, all gigs on the platform are hosted by the promoters of the gigs. If you need to contact the host/promoter of a gig you can do so by sending them a DM in the GigGag chat or finding their email address on their comedy club profile.
GigGag is currently a free platform to sign up to and use. You can apply for spots and list your own gigs completely free of charge at this time.
You can delete your GigGag account in the app by tapping the "me" tab, then tap the blue "Edit" button at the top right of the screen. Finally scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Delete.

Once your account is deleted it cannot be recovered.
